Semana Santa – Easter Week March 10 through March 16,
Sawdust Rugs in the Village in front of various
residences and the park, processions, many people will
be at the River enjoying Bar-b-q.

Copan Ruinas Feria – 18 19 20 of March, the Fair is
located at the entrance to town. Very typical many
people come in from surrounding villages to enjoy
carnival rides and circus. Also dances held in the
municipality. Attendance to activities raises money
for projects around the village.

Inauguration of Street signs – look around and see the
new street directions with names of the streets, this
is new for Copan Ruinas and the Leaf Nosed Bat Glyph
has been specially designed for these signs.
